With the Nicola and Nicola II, you get identical floor plans and features, with two different sizes. Both floor plans have a bathroom, full kitchen with breakfast nook, and a vaulted ceiling living room on the main floor. In addition, the lofted bedroom adds a 6' x 10' walkout deck to sit out and enjoy the surroundings, grill out, or take in the starry night. The floor plans also both include nice covered front porches.
The original Nicola's dimensions are 24' x 18'. The recently released Nicola II, adds four more feet of width to make it 28' x 18'. The extra width has been evenly distributed across all the rooms of the house to give the Nicola II a little more open feel.
