There are two versions of the Skeena kit.  Although the Skeena I and Skeena II both have same footprint dimensions (both are 12 x 24), the floor plans are each unique.  To maximize the living space of the floor plan, the Skeena I has a large open main floor, with a ladder leading to the loft. 

For those not interested in climbing ladders, the Skeena II offers a staircase to the loft, with storage built under the stairs.  In addition, the Skeena II features an enclosed bathroom and kitchen area.  The Skeena I and Skeena II both have a nice large 6 x 24 covered front porch, just add your favorite rocking chair. 

The Skeena kits are large enough to be used as a getaway home, guest house, or even a cozy cottage for those empty-nesters, yet still small enough to be minimal maintenance and upkeep.  See the details listed for each below (click on any of the thumbnails below to enlarge):
