The Upper Kootenay has a similar floor plan to it's little sister, the Lower Kootenay. However, the Upper Kootenay is 4' longer and the floorplan adds a second floor loft. In addition the Upper Kootenay has a little different roofline than the Lower, giving it even more visual interest to the exterior.
